  • Joint Venture Company owns each development site.
  • Our terms can be flexible to suit individual or groups of partners. Shareholder loan agreements, profit share agreements, property charges & contractual agreements will all be agreed prior to site purchase.
  • Investors will receive a priority return before any other profit is distributed within the JV. We aim to return 20%-25% on sum investment.

  • Sites with a total Gross Development Value of up to £20mn.


  • Manor Park Group has the experience and expertise to identify and secure profitable sites through its extensive list of property development contacts.
  • Our design team has been built over a number of years, we use award winning architects and engineers with extensive house builder experience to deliver high quality developments at competitive prices.
  • Manor Park Construction Ltd is a registered LABC contractor with experience in design & build contracts for both multiple unit schemes and large single executive houses.
  • Our existing relationships with commercial development banks, enables us to offer the JVC favourable borrowing terms.
